This Privacy Policy of Build Shop, Inc. ("BSI") is designed to explain to you how your information is collected, used, and protected. By using any of BSI's websites or services you signify your consent to our collection and use of personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

What Information Do We Collect? - When visiting any website maintained by BSI, you may provide BSI with two types of information: (i) personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected on an individual basis when creating an account or communicating; and (ii) website use information collected on an aggregate basis as you browse a BSI maintained website.

BSI may from time to time send BSI promotions to account holders. If you sign up for an account on BSI, you understand that you are consenting to receive emails from BSI. You may manage or adjust your email preferences from BSI in the user account settings.

    • Payment Information - For accounts that have purchased services through BSI, we will gather and store your payment card information, your email address, your mobile phone number, and billing address. We will use this information to complete purchases that you choose to make through BSI, but only with your permission. We will not share this information with other third parties except as a necessary part of providing our Website and Services.

Sharing Information with Third Parties - As BSI develops its business, BSI may buy or sell assets or business offerings. BSI may also transfer such information in the course of corporate divestitures, mergers, or any dissolution. Children and Privacy - BSI does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13), or equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction without verifiable parental consent. If we receive notice that we have collected the personal information of a minor under the age of thirteen (13) without first receiving verifiable parental consent (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction, we will take necessary steps to delete the information as soon as possible.

Children under the age of thirteen (13), or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction are NOT permitted to create an account on the BSI website, unless a parent has provided consent in writing to BSI that the minor has permission to have the account and that BSI may retain personal information as related to the minor. Account Closure and Data Retention - Your account may be closed for violation of the BSI Terms of Service or End User License Agreement or you may choose to close your account with BSI. If your account is closed for any reason whatsoever, you understand that you will no longer be providing data to BSI in present or in the future. You understand that although your account will be closed, public postings or comments related to your profile may still remain publicly accessible. Unless otherwise prohibited by law, BSI may retain personal information for the purposes of maintaining this privacy policy.

Changes to the Privacy Policy - BSI reserves the right to amend this privacy policy periodically to account for Company changes as well as changes in the law. Any updates or changes to this privacy policy shall first be announced and subsequently published to this webpage.
